  Definitely the best burger in Visalia! This little joint has been a staple in Visalia for as long as I've been alive. The simplicity to the menu is nothing to overlook because everything they serve is always made to order. I love ordering the 2 cheeseburger combo. This burger might not look aesthetically pleasing but don't let that fool you. Sometimes simple is better and they hit it on the spot with that killer food.

  We ordered drive Thru for 5 people at 6:20pm on 9-15-19, a Sunday.   After each item we were asked if that's it?   Or, anything else?   Sorry I took so much time to make our order?   2 minutes is a long time.  
  
  So, our order was "good" for the most part, meaning, the food didn't taste "bad."   However, none of our order was correct.   I don't know if it's because the guy with the personality of a rock taking our order tonight was playing a joke on us, or what?  But if we asked for extra something, it was missing it; if we asked for no cheese, it had extra.    Easy sour cream?   Wish they'd have just told me they don't do that.  
  
  Needless to say, we are done, hate all the surprises when we get home to unpack dinner, and don't want to have to go through all the bags in the drive thru.

  We ordered several items in the drive through i asked how much for a cup of ice and they said 3 times we don't sell ice I wanted to pour my own water in the ice but they apparently don't allow that
  
  Super rude I won't be back I'll find crushed ice somewhere else!

  Fast and friendly service with very affordable food!  We were elated to find that we spent so few dollars on dinner.  The restaurant was clean, too!  Unfortunately, the food was pretty bad.  
  
  Although she thought her burrito was decent, I found both the burger and burrito unpleasant to my tastebuds and digestive tract.  4 hours after eating, I still felt bloated and gross.  
  
  There are a lot of reviews extolling the food at BT's, so I may have to give the place another try if I can muster up the courage.  However, as it stands now, there are numerous other places to find food where I'd rather spend my money.  I'm not sure what happened tonight, but BT's food was disappointing and not at all consistent with all of the other reviews I've read.
  
  I am glad that there are loyal locals that support and enjoy BT's, though. I just won't be joining this team.
